My journey in recruiting started with my brother, Trey Seals (LB, UMASS). With little to no college interest out of high school, he attended a post-grad year to improve his chances. While he trained and focused on school, I spent my time after work figuring out the best ways to connect him with college coaches. I sent out hundreds of highlight DVDs, over 5,000 emails, 200+ handwritten letters, and made countless phone calls—doing everything I could to get him noticed.

The effort paid off. Trey earned a full-ride scholarship to the University of Massachusetts. Watching him sign was one of the greatest moments of my life.

The second athlete I helped was Matt Howard (SG, PENN), a member of my church. His father heard about what I did for Trey and asked if I could help his son. Thanks to what I learned with Trey, I was much more efficient. Matt’s recruiting took off quickly—his talent and strong GPA made my job easier. He earned 20+ D1 basketball offers and chose the University of Pennsylvania, where he became a three-year starter and team captain.

After working with these two athletes, I knew this was what I wanted to do for the rest of my life.

I don’t sell dreams or make false promises. I can’t guarantee a scholarship, but I do guarantee tireless effort to find the best opportunities for my athletes.

I only work with a limited number of players (no more than 20 at a time) to ensure a personal, high-quality service. My ideal clients have talent and at least a 3.4 GPA.
